Lincolnshire Action Trust are asking for donations of clean clothing and footwear for prisoners being released from Lincoln Prison and Morton Hall. The work of L.A.T. is focused on the care, resettlement and rehabilitation of prisoners and those at risk of offending as well as the welfare of their families and dependents. They run the departure lounge at HMP Lincoln and work at Morton Hall; the last step before release. To be able to walk out with the right clothing makes a real difference. Every piece of clothing is gratefully received by the men, who don't have the means to buy anything for themselves. They currently leave prison with a discharge grant of £76 and a travel voucher if not local. Please give generously to this appeal. (Men’s clothing only)
